Services (as defined below) rendered by masswowgold Sdn Bhd ("masswowgold") are subjected to these Terms of Service with exclusion of any other terms and conditions stipulated or referred to by you, the Customer. Should you breach any of these Terms of Service, masswowgold shall have the exclusive sole and absolute right to terminate, discontinue or withdraw the provision of the Service to you. In the event of a breach by you, masswowgold reserves its right to pursue any remedy or relief in so far as permitted by law, which includes but is not limited to injunction, damages and/or specific performance.
